Containing essential Omega-3 fatty acids and amino acids, hemp hearts are healthy for your heart, brain, muscles and tissues, as well as great for your skin! In 3 tablespoons they have 170 calories, 13 g fat, 3 mg sodium, 10 g protein, 30% iron, 30% thiamine, 15% folate, 40% phosphorus, 70% magnesium, 30% zinc, and 110% manganese.
How to Use Them
